This beautiful property, built in the mid nineteenth-century, is a rare example of one of the old ‘working buildings’ of Central Amsterdam. A former Tobacco warehouse and office it contains most of the original features, including a spectacular Marble entry, staircase and hallway, oak parquet floors, oak panelled walls and ceilings. The communal office room (the ex-warehouse part) benefits from being light and airy with 6 m high ceilings (in most parts) and plenty of light from above. The office has been fitted with high-quality workspaces and chairs, with lockable storage units.
